Comment foncer votre moule \u00e0 tarte ?<br \/>\nPensez \u00e0 sortir votre p\u00e2te du frigo 15 minutes avant de r\u00e9aliser votre fond de tarte.<br \/>\nSur un plan de travail, abaissez votre p\u00e2te en un disque d&#8217;environ 3 mm d&#8217;\u00e9paisseur. N\u2019h\u00e9sitez pas \u00e0 saupoudrer d\u2019un peu de farine si cela colle trop. Le mieux \u00e9tant de mettre votre p\u00e2te entre deux papiers sulfuris\u00e9s avant d&#8217;\u00e9taler, c&#8217;est beaucoup plus facile et pas besoin de fariner.<br \/>\nFoncez ensuite votre moule en prenant soin de retirer l&#8217;exc\u00e9dent de p\u00e2te.<\/span><div class=\"wprm-spacer\"><\/div>\n<span style=\"display: block;\">3. Astuce pour \u00e9viter que le bord de votre fond de tartes ne s&#8217;affaisse en cours de cuisson :<br \/>\nApr\u00e8s avoir fonc\u00e9 votre moule, mettez votre fond de tarte au moins 30 minutes au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur avant de le faire cuire. Cela \u00e9vitera aux bords de r\u00e9tr\u00e9cir en cours de cuisson. Ca marche tr\u00e8s bien!<\/span><div class=\"wprm-spacer\"><\/div>\n<span style=\"display: block;\">4. La cuisson \u00e0 blanc de vos fonds de tarte et astuce pour que votre fond de tarte ne d\u00e9trempe pas :<br \/>\nPr\u00e9chauffez votre four \u00e0 180\u00b0C | 350 \u00b0F. Piquez le fond de tarte avec une fourchette ou la pointe d&#8217;un couteau.<br \/>\nFaites cuire au four pendant 7 minutes environ.<br \/>\nSortez-les du four, et \u00e0 l&#8217;aide d&#8217;un pinceau, badigeonnez les fonds avec du blanc d&#8217;oeuf en vous servant d&#8217;un pinceau de cuisine. Cela les rendra imperm\u00e9ables et \u00e9vitera qu&#8217;elles ne se d\u00e9trempent avec la garniture). Ce qui leur permettra aussi de rester croustillantes.<br \/>\nRemettez ensuite le fond de tarte au four pour encore 8 \u00e0 10 minutes en fonction de votre four (quand il est l\u00e9g\u00e8rement dor\u00e9, c&#8217;est pr\u00eat).<br \/>\nRetirez-le du four et laissez-le refroidir avant de d\u00e9mouler.<\/span><div class=\"wprm-spacer\"><\/div>\n<span style=\"display: block;\">5. Cong\u00e9lation:<br \/>\nLa p\u00e2te se cong\u00e8le tr\u00e8s bien, en boule.
