Les couper en rondelles et les mettre dans le sirop chaud.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-804-step-0-3\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">Peler les oranges \u00e0 vif et , au dessus d&#8217;un saladier pour r\u00e9cup\u00e9rer le jus, r\u00e9cup\u00e9rer les quartiers en enlevant la peau. Mettre au fur et \u00e0 mesure dans le sirop.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-804-step-0-4\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">Peler les kiwis. Les couper en rondelles et les ajouter dans le saladier.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-804-step-0-5\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">Ouvrir les litchees. Retirer les fruits de leur \u00e9corce, les d\u00e9noyauter avant de les mettre dans le saladier.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-804-step-0-6\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">D\u00e9couper une large tranche, dans la longueur de l&#8217;ananas, juste \u00e0 la limite du panache. Pr\u00e9lever la pulpe de cette tranche et la couper en d\u00e9s.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-804-step-0-7\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">Passer la lame du couteau tout autour de l&#8217;ananas pour s\u00e9parer la pulpe de l&#8217;\u00e9corce. Retirer ensuite cette pulpe sans trouer l&#8217;\u00e9corce et la d\u00e9tailler en d\u00e9s en \u00e9liminant la partie fibreuse du centre. Ajouter les d\u00e9s d&#8217;ananas aux autres fruits.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-804-step-0-8\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">R\u00e9server l&#8217;\u00e9corce dans une feuille d&#8217;aluminium au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur: elle servira pour la pr\u00e9sentation.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-804-step-0-9\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">Arroser tous les fruits avec le cointreau et m\u00e9langer d\u00e9licatement.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-804-step-0-10\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">Couvrir le saladier avec une feuille de cellophane et le placer dans le r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur pendant 3 heures.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-804-step-0-11\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">Au moment de servir, placer l&#8217;\u00e9corce de l&#8217;ananas dans un plat de service.
