Ajoutez une cuill\u00e8re de blanc, battus dans la pr\u00e9paration ci-dessus, m\u00e9langez bien, puis incorporez le reste tr\u00e8s l\u00e9g\u00e8rement en soulevant la pate.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-181-step-0-2\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">Beurrez un moule rond de 23 cm de diam\u00e8tre, garnissez le fond d\u2019une rondelle de papier sulfuris\u00e9, remplissez le et faites cuire au four pas trop chaud, thermostat 5, pendant 35 minutes environ, en mettant un papier sur le dessus les 10 derni\u00e8res minutes.
