Hacher les gousses d\u2019ail. Mettre la viande rissol\u00e9e dans une cocotte en fonte (pouvant aller au four).<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-1517-step-0-2\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">Apr\u00e8s la viande, faire cuire les 3 oignons coup\u00e9s en lamelles dans la  sauteuse jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019ils soient transparents, puis les mettre dans la cocotte.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-1517-step-0-3\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">Ajouter les gousses d\u2019ail, le m\u00e9lange d\u2019\u00e9pices, les citrons et les oignons entiers et recouvrir la viande d\u2019eau chaude (environ 1 litre), bien m\u00e9langer et mettre la cocotte au four 30 \u00e0 40 min. \u00e2 four chaud (thermostat 6-7).<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-1517-step-0-4\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">\u00c9ventuellement prolonger la cuisson jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que la viande soit bien tendre.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-1517-step-0-5\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">Rajouter les olives 5 min avant la fin de la cuisson.
