class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">Verser sur ce m\u00e9lange le lait chaud en travaillant au batteur quelques secondes.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-1406-step-0-3\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">Option 1: Faire cuire au micro-ondes \u00e0  puissance max pendant environ 2 min- 2 min 30. Bien remuer \u00e0 la fin de la cuisson avec une cuill\u00e8re en bois.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-1406-step-0-4\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">Option 2: Cuire \u00e0 la casserole \u00e0 feu doux, en remuant et en faisant des 8 avec la spatule. Premi\u00e8re \u00e9tape : 1mn puis 30 sec, 20 sec, et par s\u00e9quences de 10 sec ensuite. Cela permet de v\u00e9rifier \u00e0 chaque \u00e9tape la consistance de la cr\u00e8me et d\u2019arr\u00eater la cuisson quand la cr\u00e8me commence \u00e0 bien prendre.<\/span><div class=\"wprm-spacer\"><\/div>\n<span style=\"display: block;\">Pour la caisson \u00e0 la casserole: l&#8217;id\u00e9al est d&#8217;utiliser une thermo-sonde. Les jaunes d&#8217;oeuf coagulent \u00e0 85\u00b0C, l&#8217;id\u00e9al est donc d&#8217;arr\u00eater la caisson entre 82\u00b0C et 84\u00b0C.<\/span><div class=\"wprm-spacer\"><\/div>\n<span style=\"display: block;\">Si par hasard la cr\u00e8me commence \u00e0  tourner (formation de grumeaux), arr\u00eater la cuisson et battre tr\u00e8s  vigoureusement avce le batteur \u00e9lectrique.
