Au bout d\u2019une minute environ, ajouter la levure \u00e9miett\u00e9e, et p\u00e9trir \u00e0  vitesse 2 pendant 10 minutes environ.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-1343-step-0-2\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">Au bout des 10 minures de p\u00e9trissage, ajouter le beurre \u00e0  temp\u00e9rature ambiante. P\u00e9trir  \u00e0  nouveau puissance 2 pendant 5 minutes. Le beurre doit \u00eatre bien incorpor\u00e9 et la p\u00e2te doit se d\u00e9coller du bol.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-1343-step-0-3\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">Retirer le crochet, faire une belle boule avec la p\u00e2te \u00e0 brioche, et la remettre dans le bol du robot. Recouvrir le bol d\u2019un torchon propre et le placer dans un endroit chaud (pr\u00e8s d\u2019un radiateur ou de la chemin\u00e9e).  Laisser ainsi pousser pendant environ 1h30. La p\u00e2te doit doubler de volume.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-1343-step-0-4\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">Une fois cette premi\u00e8re pousse termin\u00e9e, fariner l\u00e9g\u00e8rement votre plan de travail propre. Y mettre la boule de p\u00e2te et la d\u00e9gazer avec le poing. Il s\u2019agit de chasser les bulles d\u2019air contenues dans la p\u00e2te pour permettre une bonne lev\u00e9e lors de la deuxi\u00e8me pousse.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-1343-step-0-5\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">Pour le fa\u00e7onnage, diviser la p\u00e2te en 3. Former un long boudin avec chaque morceau. Il faut que les 3 boudins aient le m\u00eame longueur.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-1343-step-0-6\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">Souder les extr\u00e9mit\u00e9s des 3 boudins ensemble en appuyant l\u00e9g\u00e8rement dessus et commencer \u00e0  tresser la brioche. Ne pas serrer la brioche au tressage (car elle va gonfler).<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-1343-step-0-7\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">Quand la tresse est termin\u00e9e, souder l\u2019extr\u00e9mit\u00e9 basse et mettre cette tresse sur une plaque recouverte d\u2019un papier cuisson.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-1343-step-0-8\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">Recouvrir la tresse d\u2019un torchon  et la placer \u00e9galement dans un endroit chaud. Laisser ainsi pousser pendant environ 45 minutes. Vous verrez que la tresse a pris du volume.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-1343-step-0-9\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">Battre un oeuf entier \u00e0  la fourchette, et dorer la brioche au pinceau. Parsemer de sucre en grain.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-1343-step-0-10\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">Allumer le four et enfourner directement la brioche (d\u00e9part four froid). Laisser cuire 20 \u00e0 30 minutes \u00e0 chaleur tournante jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019elle prenne une belle couleur dor\u00e9e.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-1343-step-0-11\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">Sortir la brioche du four et la poser sur une grille pour qu\u2019elle refroidisse.<\/div><\/li><\/ul><\/div><\/div>\n<div id=\"recipe-video\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"wprm-recipe-notes-container wprm-block-text-normal\"><h3 class=\"wprm-recipe-header wprm-recipe-notes-header wprm-block-text-bold wprm-align-left wprm-header-decoration-none\" style=\"\">Notes<\/h3><div class=\"wprm-recipe-notes\"><span style=\"display: block;\"> Il ne faut absolument pas que la levure soit en contact avec le sel, car cela d\u00e9sactiverait la levure et la brioche ne pourrait pas lever correctement. Le fait de mettre la levure apr\u00e8s le reste lui permet de rester active en \u00e9tant s\u00fbr qu\u2019elle ne touche pas le sel. Pour la levure fra\u00eeche, il n\u2019est pas n\u00e9cessaire de la dissoudre dans un liquide avant.
