et la ma\u00efzena, versez dessus le lait bouillant, puis reportez sur le feu et laissez cuire 30 secondes apr\u00e8s la reprise de l\u2019\u00e9bullition. A titre indicatif 100g c\u2019est environ 5 \/6 jaunes.<\/span><div class=\"wprm-spacer\"><\/div>\n<span style=\"display: block;\">La ma\u00efzena : peut \u00eatre remplac\u00e9e par de la f\u00e9cule de pomme de terre ou de riz.
