Malaxer avec une cuill\u00e8re en bois pour bien l&#8217;assouplir, puis ajouter le sucre glace petit \u00e0 petit,  jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 obtenir une texture cr\u00e9meuse.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-1227-step-0-1\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">Ajouter la poudre d&#8217;amande, puis le sel, puis la vanille, puis l&#8217;oeuf battu. Bien m\u00e9langer \u00e0 chaque fois jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce que le nouvel ingredient soit bien incorpor\u00e9.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-1227-step-0-2\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">Ajouter la farine en dernier, en travaillant la p\u00e2te le moins possible. L&#8217;objectif \u00e9tant de ne pas trop travailler le gluten present dans la farine pour garder une pate bien souple et non \u00e9lastique (qui se r\u00e9tracterait \u00e0 la cuisson). L&#8217;id\u00e9al: deposer la farine sur le plan de travail, puis r\u00e9aliser in puits assez large, et verser la pr\u00e9paration pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente tr\u00e8s molle dedans. M\u00e9langer les deux \u00e9l\u00e9ments \u00e0 l&#8217;aide d&#8217;une corne\/grosse maryse\/dos d&#8217;un grand couteau, en entrecoupant de fa\u00e7on r\u00e9guli\u00e8re \u00e0 la vertical, dans un sens puis dans l&#8217;autre, sans arr\u00eat, jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce que la p\u00e2te soit pr\u00e9-m\u00e9lang\u00e9e. Terminer en frasant (\u00e9crasant) la p\u00e2te tr\u00e8s fortement avec la paume de la main en 3 ou 4 mouvements.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-1227-step-0-3\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">Former une boule et aplatir entre les mains. Envelopper dans du film alimentaire et laisser reposer 3-4 heures au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur (4\u00b0C), le mieux \u00e9tant faire la p\u00e2te la veille.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-1227-step-0-4\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">Cuisson \u00e0 blanc: Foncer le moule \u00e0 tarte, puis le remettre 30 minutes au frigo afin que la p\u00e2te ne s&#8217;affaisse pas \u00e0 la cuisson.
