La laisser reposer 10 min au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-1153-step-0-2\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">Pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 200 \u00baC (th. 7). Etaler la p\u00e2te et en tapisser un moule \u00e0  tarte de 22cm, \u00e0  bord cannel\u00e9, en laissant d\u00e9passer la pate en exc\u00e8s (la p\u00e2te a tendance a se retracter pendant la premi\u00e8re partie de la cuisson &#8211; il faut donc bien la laisser d\u00e9passer des bords du moule et qu\u2019elle retombe \u00e0  l\u2019ext\u00e9rieur du moule). Piquer le fond avec une fourchette, et recouvrir de papier sulfuris\u00e9 et de haricots secs.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-1153-step-0-3\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">Faire cuire 10 min au four, retirer le papier et les haricots puis laisser dorer encore 10 min. Retirer du four et laisser refroidir. Couper la p\u00e2te en exc\u00e8s avec un couteau bien aiguis\u00e9.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-1153-step-0-4\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">Pour pr\u00e9parer la garniture, m\u00e9langer au fouet tous les ingr\u00e9dients, sauf les fruits. Etaler sur le fonc de la p\u00e2te. Disposer les fruits dessus c\u00f4t\u00e9 coup\u00e9 vers le bas.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-1153-step-0-5\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">Confectionner un nappage en faisant chauffer la confiture avec l\u2019eau.
