pr\u00e9parer la levure. Dans un bol ou saladier (surtout pas ni en m\u00e9tal ni en inox), verser la levure, la cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de sucre et un tout petit peu des 300 ml d\u2019eau ti\u00e8de.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-1441-step-0-1\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">M\u00e9langer avec une cuill\u00e8re en bois (ne surtout pas utiliser une cuill\u00e8re en m\u00e9tal, la levure ne monterait pas) jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que la levure soit totalement m\u00e9lang\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019eau et que le m\u00e9lange devienne un peu p\u00e2teux. Laisser reposer 15 minutes.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-1441-step-0-2\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">Dans un saladier ou robot p\u00e2tissier, d\u00e9poser la farine, l\u2019huile d\u2019olive et le gros sel.  (On peut r\u00e9duire la quantit\u00e9 de gros sel si la garniture est sal\u00e9e comme olives). R\u00e9server.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-1441-step-0-3\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">Ajouter le reste d\u2019eau ti\u00e8de \u00e0 la levure et m\u00e9langer toujours avec la cuill\u00e8re en bois.  Verser le tout sur la farine et m\u00e9langer \u00e0 vitesse moyenne soit au p\u00e9trin du robot p\u00e2tissier soit avec une cuill\u00e8re en bois.  La p\u00e2te doit \u00eatre homog\u00e8ne, souple et lisse. Compter environ 4-5 minutes de p\u00e9trissage.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-1441-step-0-4\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">Verser ensuite la p\u00e2te dans un saladier huil\u00e9. Couvrir d\u2019un torchon et laisser reposer environ 1 heure, \u00e0 l\u2019abri des courants d\u2019air et de pr\u00e9f\u00e9rence dans une pi\u00e8ce \u00e0 20 degr\u00e9s.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-1441-step-0-5\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">Apr\u00e8s une heure de repos, la p\u00e2te doit avoir gonfl\u00e9e d\u2019environ 2 fois son volume.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-1441-step-0-6\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">Recouvrir un plat rectangulaire d\u2019un papier sulfuris\u00e9 et y \u00e9taler la p\u00e2te grossi\u00e8rement \u00e0 la main (ne pas trop l\u2019aplatir sinon elle ne gonflera pas \u00e0 la cuisson). Cela doit faire environ 2 ou 3 centim\u00e8tres d\u2019\u00e9paisseur. Laisser reposer 20 minutes.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-1441-step-0-7\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">Pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 200 degr\u00e9s.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-1441-step-0-8\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">Une fois la p\u00e2te \u00e0 focaccia repos\u00e9e, utiliser ses doigts pour faire des trous r\u00e9guliers sur toute la surface.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-1441-step-0-9\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">M\u00e9langer l\u2019huile et l\u2019eau et verser le tout sur la focaccia en veillant \u00e0 ne surtout pas en mettre sur le bord. Presser avec les doigts pour l&#8217;aplatir et former un rectangle.
